Andres Fernandez Broker/Owner:

Andres has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1984, which he started with the management of his own properties in 1990. Thats where he learned how to keep  tenants happy, maintain the property, keep good escrow accounts, bank reconciliation...ect.

Andres is a Member of the Realtor Board of Miami, in the Commercial and Residential group.  He is a Mortgage Broker and Certified Property Manager.
